I have logged out and back in to WordPress but still have no cloud storage button.

Can you help me trouble shoot why the button does not appear?

I am experiencing this issue with the DROPBOX add-in. The file size is displayed as 0.00 KB, yet the file downloads just fine. It is confusing to users.

I would be happy just to be able to remove file size from the display.
