Thanks Shahriar, appreciate the help.

There is one more related item I’m hoping you can help with. For PDF downloads we wanted to be able to show a preview so we have enabled the WPDM – PDF Viewer extension. Unfortately I can’t get this to work with the Jumpstart theme.

Could you log back in and look at this for me?
