my download count shows a negative number (-4) for one of my packages. What does that mean?

Hi Shahriar, thanks for this quick reply. Totally makes sense. I will get back to their support to get this problem fixed and will keep this thread updated. Chances are that other customers are using this smtp plugin as well.
