Is there a reason I am not recieving any answers about my issues?
Again, I have waited almost two weeks since I last wrote but still no answer. All in all I haven’t heard from you in over a month (and I have been ignored three times in that month). I wish to know why and if there is a solution to my problem.
It’s now been two weeks since I last asked for updates and I haven’t heard a word from anyone.
I specifically paid for Download Manager to be able to use the Mailchimp plugin/email lock and since it apparently won’t work I have no use of it at all.
Disappointed in the lack of response, if this is an issue there is no known solution for I would rather know that.
So, I haven’t heard anything from anyone in over a week. Are you still working on the problem? Is there no solution? I would like to have an update.
As the email lock was the reason we paid for Download Manager it feels a bit lite a useless purchase at the moment.
No, it isn’t. I can however see it in the subscribers list under the Downloads section on WordPress.
Yes, I am using the add-on.
When I create a new package, choose to add an email lock and go to choose Mailchimp lists, my lists can be found there, so there is a connection with Mailchimp. But the subscribers still do not show up in my Mailchimp audience. Any idea why?
