I Have the CSS sorted. No worries there.

As far as the templates go, I have created many custom templates. Here is my accordion setup with the templates in question:

The last version we were using was Version 6.1.2.

I have all of my custom CSS in the Theme Options, so theme updates do not affect them.

The accordion is working, but my templates are not applied even though I have them set in the shortcode.

OK, I went ahead and created a new subsite and it seems to be working, but there are a few other strange things happening.

We have created a few custom templates and applied them to the shortcode in the accordion, but they are not applied. I have cleared CloudFlare cache, server cache, WPDM cache and even cache excluded this page.

The new working subsite is: https://mgru.nanoe.org/mgru-cloud/

Same login as I posted above will work for this site as well.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. However, that option restricts too much. We are trying to show potential users what is available if they purchase access. We also have some things in the description that should be hidden behind a login. Perhaps we should try something like the Restrict Content plugin or something?

Thanks for the password tip. We can log in now.

However, after purchasing a new license and getting everything activated, for some reason the Accordion Dropdown shortcode is not working. https://mgru.nanoe.org/mgru-cloud-preview/

It seems like the plugin is not active, but it is.

Ok. Sounds good. However, it still will not allow me to log in to my download manager account through the admin dashboard.

Ok. Downloaded and updated everything. Went to settings > default values and added Subscriber, Editor and Administrator. Subscribers can download, but admins and editors cannot. Please advise.

Ok. Looks like I figured out that normal subscribers can download files, but admins and editors can’t. I have all file permissions set to Administrators though, so not sure why the issue. Also, for some reason I tried to update the plugin and now I don’t see any add ons or updates. Thanks.

Ok. I’ll do that a bit later today. I had to revert to an old version of the plugin since the site is live and there are about 300 active users. I did some other updates, so I’ll run a fresh backup and then we can proceed. Thanks.

To add clarity, the templates are still there, but they do not function the same way they did before. The formatting is all off. I can add screen shots if you like.
