Hello people

I need help.

I need that when the user clicks the download button like the example below, discount (-1 downlaod) from his daily download limit.

At the moment when you click on the button it redirects to the link, uploads the file, but does not count the download.

Example:
< a href=” https://www.photopea.com#%7B%22files%22:% 5B% 22 [download_url]% 22% 5D,% 22environment% 22:% 7B% 7D% 7D” > Download </ a>

my intention is that when the user clicks on the label “Edit Online” it counts as a download.

what is the solution for that?

Good
I will explain my situation.

I am developing a subscription-based website where a different download limit will be defined per level of access.

So far so good ..

The problem happens when the user clicks on the “Edit Online” option, it happens that the user has access to the link but does not count the download.

And all files on my site must have these two options Download or Edit Online.

When the user clicks on the download option it is counting .. in “Edit Online” no.

what to do?

you said i would receive an update but nothing happened. I just want what’s right for me .. I bought this add ons pack because I saw that there would also be the special pack that comes with download manager pro.

I demand this, I cannot pay for your mistake.

You removed it from the list of the all addons pack today.
However I have print and all the proofs that were on the list included in the “all add-ons pack”

I still wait for my update, if I don’t have to go to court.

several of the files that are in the special pack are not available for download.

like download manager pro, themes and etc …

The list is very explicit “WordPress Download Manager Special Pack”
so it should contain all the items mentioned and as you said there are only a few.

Settle this or I’ll look for my rights. Everything must be delivered as promised.
