Ok further investigation has shown me that your TinyMCE tool is inserting the old shortcodes
Please test your code before unleashing it on your customers – our production sites are NOT your beta testing sites
I have already updated Directory Add On to Version 4.1.4
I have removed and re-installed Tiny MCE Button which is now Version 2.9.0
I have tried adding codes using the TinyMCE Editor and by cut & paste from your examples – none off these work

Thank you – my hosting provider has fixed issue with modsec rule in the backend
This did not work – please note I do not use site ground
My hosting provider is VentraIP (https://ventraip.com.au)
This change has rendered my site unusable – please advise
I have the same problem, I have tried saving to update my settings however the save never completed and then I find the “*” is back in the same setting location
I have rolled back to the previous version because I was getting complaints from users unable to find files
Thanks – seem to have sorted it out. I also have Ultimate Member installed and I think I’d set using wrong permission
Best Regards
Brian
Thanks – noted for future reference!
Hi
I’ve checked – this line is in code but not working
preg_match('/[a-zA-Z_\x7f-\xff][a-zA-Z0-9_\x7f-\xff]*/',$key)
Assistance is greatly appreciated
Regards,
Brian
Hi
I’ve applied the most recent patch and this problem has re-occured
Can you please advise?
Regards,
Brian
Hi Hasibul
Thanks – this will be incorporated in future releases too?
Regards,
Brian
I’ve added the WP File Manager plugin so you can access file system from within WordPress. Because its a Ubuntu server, even with SFTP access the files are “owned” by the Apache user “www-data” and you can’t easily access them
