Thanks for your answer. I just checked, but it’s still showing up the “Auto Renew” section in order details with the 5.2.1 version. And I have the “Auto Renew” option disabled.
Yes, I knew that deactivating that option, purchases are only one payment. But even so, the “Auto Renew” option keeps showing up on purchases, which can confuse the customer. Hope you can fix it soon. Thanks.

Exactly, I’m in the same situation. I’m not even in Europe, but since I have clients in Europe, I have to comply with this.. And I think it affects almost all of us.
It would be incredible if you add a subscription box to the newsletter in the registration form or checkout (For the WordPress Newsletters and AutoResponder Plugin or those of third parties such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc)
