Thanks, is there anyway to remove the filter by “view count” and “download count”?

No there is no fresh_card templates. I’ve tried re-installing the directory addon but still missing.

Hi thank you for your support, I have resolved the download button issue however, is it possible to remove the following two filters from the filter search:
1. Download count
2. View count

I’m using the [wpdm_archive_filter items_per_page=”9″ template=”fresh_card” cols=3] shortcode and can’t find anywhere where I can edit the template/code of this template

I can’t seem to find the “fresh_card” item within the Download>Templates section – I can see the templates for download items but not entire pages/templates within the archive_filter/directory add-on.

Is there an easy way to do this? i.e. is there a shortcode available that shows the same directory templates however hides the download button? thanks.
