I contacted the support with my question, but I don’t get response.
It’s already more than 2 weeks and I still don’t even have a license key and they don’t answer if I ask for a refund.
Is this a serious business or is this fraud?

I want it to be solved this week! I’m not going to pay the license while I don’t even have acces to your software.
