I already did that multiple times. I always get the automatic answer that they received my message, but they never respond.
I don’t have a license key in there.
There is a ‘-‘ where the key (to generate the code) must be.
Can you please help me with this? I’m asking it for more than 2 weeks now!

It’s already more than 2 weeks and I still don’t even have a license key and they don’t answer if I ask for a refund.
Is this a serious business or is this fraud?
