Hi-

I agree with all the posts requesting a more simple update process. It is way too time consuming to have to delete the old, reinstall, and then setup again. I also have other plugins like Constant Contact for the download manager and each time i need to update the WP manager, these other paid plugins also get messed up.

Please look into making this process more seamless for us.

Hi-

I am working on a new site and needed to add the new version of Download Manager which I purchased, to this staging area. I am running into an issue with it saying invalid key. Is there or should there be a new key for the newer version?

Hi-  Worked like a charm!  Thank you very much!

I wondered if you had any plans or perhaps add-ons that allowed for customizing the login prompt look and feel?  I am planning to add your Constant Contact Plug.    But What I was looking for was a way to suppress showing of the login panel until after the user clicked on the file to download.  At that point in the process, I would want to be able to add a customized message and have the login prompt.
