Seems to have fixed this but a suggestion to the specific permissions would be helpful – 777? 775?

That should really be listed somewhere when initially purchasing the product as I am pretty sure the support pages show a directory page.. makes it seem like it comes with that functionality… hate finding out I need to pay for things I thought I was getting after the fact….
