Oh well. I’ll just find a different download manager plugin then. I just hate having to switch six sites off to another product. I guess it’s just inevitable.

Do you have a better solution than “upgrade your PHP”? For our site, that poses a problem, since we’re on a specific version that works with several of our critical plugins.

I’d hate to have to go find a new Download Manager simply because of one line of code that could be re-written to be backward compatible.

Other suggestions? Can I just comment out that line, and if so, what impact would it have (what feature wouldn’t work)?
