Hi – thanks for that, working now but there is still a problem with both websites.

I also purchased the PDF Viewer and it is not working on either site. Instead of a preview it is just displaying what looks like a server holding web page.

I had emailed about this problem and received a reply asking for temp login details for the first site. I sent these but haven’t heard anything back. Could you check this also please as we need to have the preview working on a particular page.

Thanks! I will have another one to move to a live domain form a staging site on Monday hopefully so will be in touch.

I just noticed this was marked as resolved, but I again tried to save the license key and it still tells me it is invalid.

Hi – Is there a problem unlocking with the license key?

I was hoping this could be a quick process as it is now on a live site and not to the specification of the staging site.

I figured this out… I set up a new set of categories for each year and put the relevant documents into their year categories as well as their original categories and then used the AND operator to narrow down the docs to the relevant year.

e.g.

[wpdm_category id="all-documents, 2018" operator="AND" cols="1" toolbar=0 desc=1 item_per_page=500 template="5ba1207ekjhkhj03764227"]
