Thanks for the quick reply. I deleted the stats and cleared the cache and that seems to have worked. Page speed is now donw to approx 5 seconds, which is ok for the volume of data on it.

Also, I have a table called download_stats, which I assume is part of this plugin? It has currently approx 4,000,000 rows. Is it safe to delete this table and will it rebuild automatically?

I manually downloaded and installed the latest version, but when I enter the license number and click ‘save settings’, it seems to hang. The gear wheel in the save settings button keep turning but it doesn’t do anything.

Hi – Thanks for the reply.

I updated the shortcode and it still didn’t work properly. However it was initially displaying the sorting correctly as the page refreshed and then would change to a different order.

As an experiment I changed jstable=1 to jstable=0 and it worked fine. So some javascript conflict?

Anyway it is actually better now as the simpler table is easier for our users to use.

Further update…. Template is back working again.

All I did was preview it in the template list, nothing more. Must have been just some glitch on the site.

All good now.

As a follow up, I can see the template is there in the list of templates and it previews fine, but just doesn’t work on the frontend.

Hi Thanks for fixing that. I still have the same problem on the other site with the pDF Viewer.

Can I fix that myself by updating the PDF VIewer add on?
