Hello,

We tried both import method. The package has a proper ID, so the shortcode also has an ID, however, the file doesn’t get an ID. See attached please.
Any suggestion what could be the problem, or grab any extra logs to see the error details?
(I suspect it is related to file paths, since we are on Windows)
