Unfortunately there are still issues whenever I try and create / use a custom template it takes forever again. Having to disable.

Thanks Shaon it is running better now so I can continue using download manager thanks. Let me know if this is something I’ll need to be aware of for future upgrades or if you know why this would be the case. I have full control over server so can change anything required.

Also just letting you know I have tried disabling all other plugins etc the culprit is the download manager pro itself. I have now rolled back to back to free version and all is ok again so its specific to the pro version…

Have to say I prefer the approach taken by other plugins where you are actually using the same code based and additional functionality is unlocked by purchasing a key rather than this approach of a complete reinstall with potentially new / untested code thus resulting in the issues we have. It also makes it heaps easier to upgrade. Anyway I have a few days before trying another plugin so if this could be fixed I’ll have another go at it.

Hi Shaon,
I’ve tried updating and even creating new packages all have same issue.

Unfortunately this is on a private corporate intranet site so not so easy to give you access i’d need an IP address you are coming from to do it.

I’m happy to run any debug tools etc to collect data and send through let me know if that is an option,
