Any update on this as URL_key still doesn’t work.

This was done; no difference; it still doesn’t work. Can you check it again ? Without the url_key field, it works fine.

I checked further; all fields are fine except the last one in the sample.csv file, which is where the problem is, I believe. The url_key – no matter what value I give, it rejects it. Can you check the field name, and syntax in my previously attached file.

Hi, I’m having trouble with Bulk import as well. Where can I get documentation on the steps to be followed for Bulk import ? What is the sequence of actions to be followed b/w 1)Import CSV; and 2) Import files selected. When I select 2)Import files selected, it imports them correctly. But when I do 1)Import CSV, I get a blank screen.

Can you check the csv file attached to ensure it is correctly being used ?
