Good morning. I updated the credentials to admin.

FIRST … DO NOT UPDATE ANY WPDM ADD-ON PLUGINS. When I did this yesterday thinking that may be the issue … they just disappeared and were no longer there. This is a whole other issue I’ll want to address once we get the account number the custom field to work (validate the numbers inputted and not let someone submit the form unless the numbers are valid). I had to revert the site back to a backup from yesterday morning to bring those WPDM add-on plugins back.

SECOND: I’ve attached a pdf layout the conversation I had with Shahjada b/c this is the person who did the custom ACF work for me:

Can anyone help with this?

I thought that was the case, but when I minimized them they still gave me the same error. What is the max size a file can be and I’ll make sure they are no more than that?

That suggestion didn’t work. I need to resolve this by Friday.

This has nothing to do with the frontend uploader.

Once a member logs into their membership dashboard, I want them to have the ability to update their profile pic from there.

I don’t want them to have the ability to upload packages, just the ability to change their profile image found on their individual Membership dashboard without access their user profile in the WP dashboard:

That’s not working. None of my packages have additional reviews checked and some of my packages’ have all of the image previews showing up.

Some of the images don’t work and they don’t have + signs in them

some of my image previews are working while others aren’t within the same package. what would cause this and how can I fix?

I put in this request days ago and really need this done today. I emailed the Customize department yesterday and haven’t heard back … can you please help to escalate?

Listen … I don’t want to have to go into every package to do this. It will take too long to do that.

When I go to the User section of WordPress … it allows me to change the membership plan of each user in bulk. I don’t have to go into each user profile to change the role. I want to do the same with the packages … see my new screenshot:

Nayeem … using the Gutenberg block doesn’t help me.

How can I add a screenshot to the forum so I can show you what I mean?

When you look at the general WordPress Dashboard after you have logged into the backend of the website, select Download Manager from the left sidebar, then click “All Packages” from there … you then see all of the packages I have created … how can I select all of the packages from the dashboard and make them all the same membership type?

I have 91 packages and I don’t want to have to go into each package/one package at a time and assign it the “Spa Account” membership … I want to be able to select all packages at once and assign them to a membership. Is this possible?
