Just did. Please confirm your team got it. Process my refund within the hour please.
I have a custom configuration within my Download Manager plugin that your team implemented. Where would I go in File Manager from my hosting provider to see this configuration within the plugin?
Pro … can I switch the license to be used on edu.cosmedix.com instead of the staging site?
How much is the business license?
I need you to provide instructions on how I can do it. I just need to change the alert message. from “Something went wrong” to “Your registration is completed. Please wait 24-48 hours to gain full access to your account”
Where can I control the alert messages?
Please address this ticket as well ASAP:
Sir … thank you for your help with the invoice issue.
Can you please answer this question on how I can resolve this?
Also, how or where do I change the “Something went wrong” alert when someone is trying to login to “Your registration is completed. Please wait 24-48 hours to gain full access to your account” ?
You need to watch the loom video link I attached, because I did what your screenshot said but it isn’t working.
Also, how or where do I change the “Something went wrong” alert when someone is trying to login to “Your registration is completed. Please wait 24-48 hours to gain full access to your account” ?
Nayeem … the login credentials I’ve provided is of a person who is already a subscriber. I have shown you this in the new video below:
Account holders who are already assigned “Spa Account” roles, aren’t able to access the content when they are suppose to be able to access it. I’m not talking about people who haven’t subscribed.
Thank you for your reply but when I go to a page other than My Account and select who should be able to use it, it still won’t allow that person to see the content. Do you know why that is?
It’s still doing it but now it just says “Access Denied. Please Subscribe to: Spa Account.
If a person isn’t logged in and they try to access content that only members can see, I need them to be redirected to this page like it was doing before:
Thank you.
When someone isn’t logged into the site and trying to access the internal pages, I need the site to default them to the login page (https://cosmedixedusta.wpengine.com/account/) … like it was before.
Now that the WPDM plugin and add-ons have been updated, it is taking unlogged in visitors to a random page that list the membership levels. I only have 1 membership level so I need the unlogged in visitors to be redirected to the login page.
Also, after they log in … can it take them to the page they were trying to access?
