well, I did, what I could, and I have seen, that you tried to fix the problem also. Thank you for the effort you took!
Unfortunately, the problem still persists.
With wpdm_archive button_style=”success” or button style=”default” WPDM still shows no download files. The problem did not exist before the update of the WPDM Plugin. No download files are visible.
The update of the WPDM archive add-on did not affect the visibility of the download files.
I feel helpless and fear that the next update of WPDM will wipe out all functions – even the wpdm_archive_flat button style.

before the update we had wpdm_archive button_style = “default” as layout.
But after the update there were no downloads shown.
Because during the semester holidays there are quite a lot people searching for downloads on our site, I found, that the “flat” design still shows the downloads. So I used wpdm_archive_flat order as a temporary solution for our downloads.
Still, the problem is, that the original layout wpdm_archive button_style=”default” is not workíng.
I inserted
[wpdm_archive button_style=”success” link_template=”589db0cfea1f2″ order_by=”post_title” order=”ASC” items_per_page=12 cols=3 colspad=2 colsphone=1]
now and please, please have a look what it does …
This is the problem.
Our Theme I cannot change, it is a child configuration, which my boss wanted to have.
I found out, that the only way my download files are shown is by shortcode
[wpdm_archive_flat order=”desc” items_per_page=”999″]
The “flat order” looks just horrible… you cannot search or sort and the download button is so far to the right, that you cannot see it without moving the browser window
Please can anyone help how to change the shortcode to
wpdm_archive button_style=”success” or “default” PLUS that still the downloads are shown and function?
