Nayeem, the plugin still hasn’t been updated. You’ve said 2-3 times that it will be “updated within this week” but nothing has happened. Can you get your developers to update it by the end of today.

Thank you very much for your quick response – Oh I see, I didn’t realise you were another user, is there a dedicated support ticket section where I should be posting my query for the attention of the WPDM employees instead?

I have also tried all of the usual fixes such as uninstalling and re-installing the Plugin etc. but unfortunately the problem is still there.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I have installed the “WPDM Image Button” add-on / Plugin. You can see this is running correctly in my screenshot from my message above.

If you look in the top right hand corner of my screenshot, you’ll see that the “Save Settings” button is just stuck in a loop – When I click “Save Settings”, the rotating circle / loading animation just continues to spin for ever and the settings are not saved. Would you like to organise a screenshare / skype chat so that I can show you this perhaps?
