Yup, plugin was installed but not activated. I just installed it and the site went down and had to reactivate all needed plugins. I did not recognize the plugin so it was not activated. Still getting message when opening membership options but downloads and membership does work. Will mark resolved.

It is actually a problem with a duplicate folder. Here is the actual message.

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: wpdmpremium-packages.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists.
/home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data02/93/42067393/html/wp-content/plugins/wpdmpremium-packages/
Plugin installation failed.

Does the folder in the message need to be deleted? Other folders also? Thanks

After the download and install the wpdm-premopum-packages, I get a message that the install failed because the plugin already exists. What is the next step?
