Thanks for your response. I have been using your plugin for more than 4 years now – with the Form Lock add-on. I know how it works.
My question is from a design point of view.

Right now, your product page shows details of the file and then a download button. Once you click that, it will pop up the form that needs to be filled before the PDF can be downloaded.

My question is – can I design the page like the one I shared where I have flexibility to show some graphics on left side and the form on the right side and users can download the PDF document only after filling the form.

Thanks for your response. I see that the plugin has been activated. But the Avada Builder plugin is an essential plugin for the theme to work correctly. Are you saying that WPDownload Manager will not work with the Avada Builder plugin?

I am on the latest version. But reinstalled it again after your message. It still does not show the Form lock option.
