Hello I’m waiting for update on my ticket.

I’ve checked it what you’ve updated. Still I’ve the same issue. Why for onetime lifetime option it is showing recurring payment option. I didn’t get it. I clearly mentioned. I’m looking for Non recurring payment option but I didn’t see its working out. (screenshot onetime plan in payment option asking for recurring payment – https://prnt.sc/22udpqh)

I already asked for I don’t want recurring subscription option for my users. I want users to pay for 1 year that’s it and cancel the membership after a year by default.

For onetime subscription plan customer will be paying just one times and their will no cycle period. For One-time subscription Payment

Please cancel my license and issue the refund on immediate effect. We can’t wait anymore. It has been almost 4th month about to complete. Not sure when it is going to be focused by your team. But please refund the money back. Its not useful for us without activating the membership plan on our website.

If it is not going to be done anytime soon or by this month please refund the amount. We will use normal free version of plugin which works for us. The reason we bought this plugin is to enable the membership for our Indian users if it is doesn’t work there is no use of purchasing the plugin for us. Try to understand because even I need to answer my team.
