Cant see any option to add any maual order

Now I don’t see any option to add manual order, Things really difficult for me to understand.

Please tell me:

– How Can I add manual order that can give access package to customer
– How user can use bank transfer option? How can they add details about their bank transfer?

In WordPress users section when I edit a user, i see there is a error message
