Thank you Nayeem for very useful support.
I’ll see with customer about the PDF Stamper add-on.
If you can, another small question: on the DOCS guides and on some other customer WP, I see the Download Limit parameter on the Package Settings, while on this customer I don’t, is it available for the Pro version only?
I am testing and of course using the free version still, while the other customer has the Pro version
Thank you
Hello Nayeem,
sorry for delay but have been off for a while 😀
1. Might be something like that, yes. We normally let customers directly download PDF via a ‘Download’ button (it’s then a browser’s download), but if that was via a one time link to donwload document then it might anyhow fit client’s request in some way. Even if need would be after it has been downloaded, that is I download from one time access link but then send downloaded PDF to others (but maybe onetime access works differently…)
2. if this could help in preventing or reducing willing to share then yes! And meanwhile seen there’s PDF Stamper add-on which seems does right this with image or customer’s details or both, and also include options to prevent copy of content (other client’s request), its amends and others.
Thank you
Hi,
thanks for pointing that out, but I don’t need neither want send a link to download PDF, that’s why it is not enabled.
And I know submissions are under WPforms, but what is right NOT working is fact that when user submits form, I do not get email notification user has submitted form and user neiter gets a confirmation/thank you email from us. He only can then download the file.
Since these emails are not sent, is like form is not submitted neither, therefore i cannot find entry in the submissions list of WPforms.
Looks like they are not working together anymore…
Thanks Sidratul, but that’s right where I am unable to find it…
I only get up to Captcha lock, no other lock options. Are there specific steps to take to install/activate Form Lock add-on?
