I don’t think that is the issue. I think it is because the details are being generated in a post page and it displays the featured image by default. I can’t change that as we need the featured image for our blog posts. I did take a look at Downloads > Templates > Page Templates but there seems to be nothing there that changes the featured image settings.

I got lucky – I was still logged in on my laptop. Is the recaptcha v2 or v3? I have the keys set up for v3.
