Thank you again for all your answers. We have been testing the “email lock” option and we have some questions:

1 – We have configured it so the file is sent by email. However the user receives that email in the spam folder. Do you know how to avoid this?

2 – The email has as the sender the email account from the wordpress admin. Is it possible to change which email appears as the sender?

3 – I see that there are some email templates in the plugin, which one is the one used in this case? Is it possible to have a different email template for differente packages? I as this because there will be files in different languages, so if you are downloading a package in english you should receive the email in english, if you download a package in spanish the email should be in spanish… How can we achieve this? We are using WPML to translate the website.

4 – I tried to download the file from the email received but it gave me an error that the file doesn’t exist. What could be the reason? The package and file are uploaded to the website…

Questions 1 and 2: understood!

Question 3: I purchased the Special Pack but I think this add-on is not included, is that correct? I find this feature quite essential, it is strange it isn’t added to the pack…Would you consider adding it to the pack?

Question 4: following question 3, would it be possible to configure the form lock via csv? I made this test:

1 – Manually add the form lock to a package
2 – Download a csv file

But in the csv file, I don’t see any mention to the form lock. Thank you for your answer, I will try that.

Can you tell me if the alternative way I found is valid too? I would rather do it that way if possible.

Also, can you answer this other question: I have seen that the Resource manager doesn’t let me move a file from a folder to another folder. Is there any way to move them so I can make it a little bit more clean using subfolders?
