Hello together,

hm ok, but in the demo you did not mentioned that this user specific functionality is a extra special pack which we have to buy! In the demo you mentioned that there is a control who can access to download…
Now we dont have the possibility to choose seperate users for file download. But that was the reason why we bought this plugin. Is there a opportunity to cancel this contract?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

In that case we just need advanced access control add-on with free version of download manager.
download-manager-4.5.5.zip is useless for us without access control as we need to set user level access to downloadable files.

1. is it possible to convert download-manager-4.5.5.zip license to advanced access control add-on so that we can install this add-on with free version of download manager.
2. if not, what is the other option which can help us?
