– We do not LIKE the default template due to the ugly side bar.
Please help us fix, we have updated all WPDM plugins.
This happened after the recent update.
Hello,
Between my boss and I we figured out what the issue was. We run a dual theme setup for the corporate end of our site and then the store. We swapped the theme over so the opposite one was handling the Download Manager plugin and it fixed the issue. So it turns out what was happening was one of the stylesheets in the Download Manager plugin was overwriting our footer. I just figured I should mention it in case it happens to someone else.
Thanks,
Mike Mathison
Hello sir,
What I meant was, the banner is “User Specific” so when I change it only I see the changes under my profile and no one else sees the changes under their profile. So, when someone else loads up the Download Center under their profile they see that ugly purple and not the changes I’ve made since the changes I’ve made only pertain to my profile.
So we need a way to change that color from the default ugly purple to a blue or even a black or something and we need those changes to be “Global” so the banner looks the same for everyone when they load the page up. We are just using this for people to get firmware, brochures, and release notes and such so we don’t want each person to be able to change the banner we just want one banner, globally, for everyone when the page loads up.
Thanks for your time,
Mike
