So it seems that the restrictions by roles prohibited the preview in the template page “page-template-doc-preview” ๐Ÿ™

Hi Shahriar,
Thank’s for your answer.
But, i have to upload an image file before no ?
Because for exemple, in the ‘link-template-extended’ template there already are the [thumb_WxH] tag and if i don’t upload an image in a package before (Featured Images), no thumbnail appears !?
I want to know il there is a way to generate thumbnail directly from the attach file (pdf, word…) ?

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. But by doing this, the preview does not work again more in “doc preview Google.”
