I purchased this plugin only a few days ago but there are too many bugs in it for me.

Please can you issue me with a refund and disable my subscription/license

Another issue is all the link templates seem to have broken, I had the free version working fine and displaying nice, Now the Icons have gone really big and the DOWNLOAD button does not work.

on the Admin screen there just shows an error

I have to remove the zip file, and then re-add the zip file again using the “select from server”, then save it and then it downloads ok, but then its is pointless importing.

Ok, ive managed to get it importing the titles ok, I copied all my data into your sample file and it worked?

Now I have another problem, the PDFs within the packages seem to be ok but the zip files I also have in the packages seem not to be valid, they have a strange blue icon with “_BL” on them and the package won’t download it just breaks and says there has been a critical error on the website. However if I remove the zip file and use the “select from server” button and re-save the icon turns to a zip icon and it dopwnloads ok.

I tired this on your demo site too and got the same thing.
