Great thanks!
I am still getting the message
Notice: Undefined variable: _files ..
For a number of different themes, any suggestions on how to resolve?
Cheers

I just had the same issue. I think the issue is because their server is stripping out some characters.
I fixed this by changing my password so it only contains alphanumeric characters.
Hope this helps

OK , so I have gone in and manually updated the files for the plugin.
After which I started getting the following message on the site:
Notice: Undefined index: guest_order_page_id in /XXXXXXXX/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-premium-packages/wpdm-premium-packages.php on line 794
I’ve gone into the files and updated the code around the line in question to resolve this but I was wondering if there was something else I should have done as part of the upgrade rather than just updated the files in the plugin folder.
I had also earlier today updated the wpdm-premium-packages to 3.8.9 and was not seeing this until I manually updated to 4.7.2

I’m sorry I’m not able to provide FTP access, if you let me know which log files you need I could probably share those with you.

Hi
I had already increased my php memory limits as shown below:
upload_max_filesize = 300M
post_max_size = 300M
memory_limit = 400M
max_execution_time = 180
What is also interesting is if I click on link to “View version 4.7.2 details” in the notification about the update I get the following error message.
An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
I have applied other updates to this site so I’m not sure this wordpress issue.

Great, thanks.
Is there a timeline for the release of an update that includes a fix for this issue?
