Hey Nayeem Riddhi,

Thanks for your reply, we have normal download buttons where we currently offer various PDFs for download. As soon as you click on download, the PDF is downloaded. Is there an option to open a thank you page in addition to the download? We are not selling the downloads.

Hello, thx for the reply.

The Update didn’t delete the custom Templates. As written in #110608 after the license key says “key is invalid”, the custom templates were gone.

“How did you create custom templates?”
We had duplicated the templates in the backend and edited them.

So after the Update the license key was valid but the custom templates where still gone…

Ok, we solved the Problem with an Update. To bad that the Custom Templates are gone… and we have to set all Downloads again with the Templates and generate the Custom Templates again :-/. Hope this doesn’t happen again…

Same here too! After moving the page from Dev to Live, my license key is invalid.


@Shahriar it will be awesome if you can change the linked Site URL.
