I got an email that you were having trouble logging into my site. I’ve just logged in and see everything WPDM Pro is ready to go. Thanks again for your help!

Hi
I purchased the pro version to download into my WP site where the free version is currently uploaded and functioning.
I downloaded the zip file but the upload process into my site failed. What am I missing. No instructions on upgrading from free to Pro.
Need reply ASAP.
