Hi Nayeem,
I’m not getting you what does that mean? see i need simple button below those files list, i.e. if anyone selected particular files then that files gets stored in his cart & simply he can download files by filling contact form, the form is already there if you click on download all files there you can see that form. please suggest some suitable solution.

Thanks for your assistance, have seen it but see my requirement is something different i.e. how visitor can select multiple files? if there is no tick mark option then atleast multiple file selection option should be there, also if visitor wants to download particular file then only that file should get download after filling that contact form & the contact form should be filled at once only. please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible & revert me soon.
