Thanks for getting back Tahasin,
I’ve cleared all cache and also cleared the download manager cache.
I cannot however switch off all other plugins other than download manager as we have a live website.
Not really, as I had to use custom CSS to override the User Interface CSS
The User Interface variable CSS is not working – I have had to override with my own CSS until this is resolved.
So something is overwriting the styling of the download button.
I’ve checked settings and all seems ok. Can you confirm please as I can’t see why we are having this issue?
Ah I see there is an issue with the white txt on the button link – that’s a new change and didn’t see that.
We also used to have a download all button.
I go to the same page and can’t see any way of downloading any of the files?
Also the download all button is missing yes.
Hi,
We just recently noticed that our uploads were not available to download.
We then checked our licence and noticed it had expired yesterday. We renewed this morning but still not able to allow downloads on our pages.
Attached a screenshot of our one of our downloads page – there are no active links on this page.
Ignore last comment – we forgot to add users into the Allowed Access field.
License Key has now validated however still getting issues with new download page.

You are not allowed to download.
How do I allow users to access the downloads? Is there a step I have missed on resetting the DM plugin?
I’ve just found a similar issue from the 18th Nov.
I’ll try the following and let you know if this works:
Hi,
Please install the latest version to fix the issue. Follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.
Logout and then login again from your Downloads > Settings > Updates tab to fix any issue related to quick update. After that you can update the plugin your plugins page.
Thanks.
It’s ok, I have found the files via FTP and will remove them from there and then delete the test packages we currently have.

Thanks again
Great – thanks for your reply Hasibul.
As we are just at the beginning of using this plugin on our website can I delete all file uploads so as to avoid this issue?
Thanks again
