I can’t add individual downloads other than in that section though. The WPDM pro section only gives me the ability to add packages, no individual items. Is this normal?

Thank you, I guess I am confused of why there are two download areas within my WordPress Admin (see screenshots) they have different options. Both areas seem to be the Download Manager plugin, they just have different options…

You should now have access to the site, our IT person has granted your IP permissions.

Again, but am not getting all the options I am supposed to get including:

• Package Settings
• Templates
• Bulk Import
• Subscribers

Since the site is built on a secure platform, we have restricted access to certain IPs only. I can grant access, just need a public IP that you are using. I need the options to work in order to use this plugin. I would understand if you don’t want to give your IP. If you would rather, I can set a time where you can remote in using gotomeeting and view/work on the site from my computer. Would you rather that? Thanks again for your help.

Oh yeah, I forgot that it’s only visible by select IP addresses. If you give me your IP I can have it added.

The features mentioned are just not showing up for some reason. Have ever run into that problem?
