The registration form is now working but the “Default Values” and “Quick Forms” add-ons are missing from the Download Manager Settings area.

Thank you so much. The form worked for me:

For some reason … some code is showing up at the bottom of both of these pages (1)Edit Profile and (2)after you submit the registration form … how can it be removed?
