URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT: Some Downloads aren’t showing up
I put in a customization ticket with your team, so I can get this resolved.
It’s not a theme issue, it’s a page builder compatibility issue. Looking through other tickets, there are other users of your plugin where your updates have made your plugin not compatible with the page builder. I saw a ticket saying your plugin doesn’t work with Beaver Builder and obviously not UX builder either.
You all need to see what you all did that made your plugin not compatible with these popular page builders.
Just checked some other tickets and I’ve seen others complain about your plugin not working with other page builders after you all updated to the 6.x.x versions … it seems that your updates are the issue not the POPULAR page builders that many of us are using.
Please send the 5.1.18 version of your PRO plugin so I can revert my site back to that so it can work again.
I need to revert to the 5.1.18 version of your plugin … can you please send me that … back then … everything was working.

You aren’t express what is causing the conflict … that’s what I need to know. If you can’t respond with a productive reason on why the theme is conflicting with your plugin, please involve another one of your teammates b/c you aren’t being helpful
I need to know how you know it is the theme’s fault before I go to the theme developers with the issue.

What do mean the download packages are working fine? Show me what you checked with a video recording like I’ve been providing for you.
The previews AND the “Login to download” buttons for the packages aren’t showing up when you aren’t logged in once I’ve made an update to the package.
When I make changes to a package, it converts it to a page instead of keeping it a post like it was. I’ve showed you this in the recordings.
It has nothing to do with the carousel being used or the theme b/c it didn’t start doing this until you all updated your plugin to the 6.0 … versions.
If you can’t help, then assign this to someone else on your team ASAP.
