Please place URGENT on my request, because we are loosing precious time. We have stopped new Consultants from registering on our site and can’t stop this for too much longer. We need this resolved within 24 hours.

July 1-4: Backup Support During Upgrades

I’m having so many issues with your plugin when it is time to upgrade to a new version. You all are putting me behind schedule. I gave you days to fix this. Your developers need to address this TODAY!!!!!

Any update on this? I need it fixed by today, so I can push the changes live. I need your team of developers to respond ASAP.

I need to have this resolved ASAP. I have to push these changes live by July 5.

What you fixed:
– when you switch the membership level to Consultant in wppromembership “Manage Subscription” area, it automatically switches the User Role to Consultant … this is excellent … thank you

What still needs to be fixed:
– when a visitor with Consultant level membership logs in, their User Role automatically downgrades to “No Role” while their wppromembership status is still Consultant so they can’t download anything. Once a Consultant level member logs in, their User Role should stay Consultant and they should be able to download all files throughout the website. PLEASE check expiration dates as a possible issue (may not be the problem but could be a starting point). There should be no expiration date unless we add one within the Manage Subscription area.

I’ll provide login info if I have any updating issues on July 1.

Found another problem that I need fixed Today … see the video … when a consultant logs in, their role is automatically changed to “No Role” … you’ll see this in the video.

Can you record what you are doing on the backend so I can see what is going on and the changes you are making?

This is very frustrating and I need to publish the changes I have made.

Ok. It is showing the correct name when I changed the subscription of one of the accounts.

Any update?

Here are a few users/Consultant subscription holders who keep getting reverted to “No Role” … I’ve changed them back to Consultant but afraid they will be put back into “No Role” again:
