I’m having so many issues with your plugin when it is time to upgrade to a new version. You all are putting me behind schedule. I gave you days to fix this. Your developers need to address this TODAY!!!!!

What you fixed:
– when you switch the membership level to Consultant in wppromembership “Manage Subscription” area, it automatically switches the User Role to Consultant … this is excellent … thank you
What still needs to be fixed:
– when a visitor with Consultant level membership logs in, their User Role automatically downgrades to “No Role” while their wppromembership status is still Consultant so they can’t download anything. Once a Consultant level member logs in, their User Role should stay Consultant and they should be able to download all files throughout the website. PLEASE check expiration dates as a possible issue (may not be the problem but could be a starting point). There should be no expiration date unless we add one within the Manage Subscription area.
I’ll provide login info if I have any updating issues on July 1.

Found another problem that I need fixed Today … see the video … when a consultant logs in, their role is automatically changed to “No Role” … you’ll see this in the video.
Can you record what you are doing on the backend so I can see what is going on and the changes you are making?
This is very frustrating and I need to publish the changes I have made.
Ok. It is showing the correct name when I changed the subscription of one of the accounts.

Here are a few users/Consultant subscription holders who keep getting reverted to “No Role” … I’ve changed them back to Consultant but afraid they will be put back into “No Role” again:
