Order# WPDM5EA252CD7262A was created in 2020 by Bianca Bailey and we still have access to iwant@bailey-digital.com which is why we want to reset that password to get into the account.

Exactly … the original primary email address was started under Bianca Bailey with iwant@bailey-digital.com … my manager then changed it to her name Arlene Lemos … her last day was Fri, June 7. I’ve managed this account which is under Emily Griffin and that account as well for many years now.

I don’t have access to that profile. If you look at the account, you’ll see that iwant@bailey-digital.com also has permission to access the account. Can you reset that password for iwant@bailey-digital.com and send it to me?

Yes. I’m trying to reset the password for Order# WPDM5EA252CD7262A which is another account I own, but every time I use the email address iwant@bailey-digital.com … it doesn’t work. It says account not found.

I want the top nav menu items to show for everyone, but they can’t click anything in the top nav … even external links until they are logged in.

@shahjada after updating the WPDM plugin to 6.2.2 and all of the add-ons to their recent versions … it is still downgrading the Consultant accounts to No Role after they login to the site.

I need you to fix it and let me know step by step how you fixed it so I can fix it on our live site by tomorrow.

@Shahjada @Nayeem all the plugins and add-ons have been updated again. I had to copy my live site to staging various times waiting on you all to work on the issue I’m having and decided this time to wait til I updated them until for when your team could fix my issue of those with Consultant memberships being downgraded instantly to “No Role” status when they logged in.

@Nayeem any update? We are almost at the end of the month and my team is concerned about how long this is taking.

@nayeem what is the update on fixing my site? I work with some others celebrating the holiday and they are already back to work. We are WAY past the time we needed these updates fixed. My team is annoyed with how long it is taking your team to fix our issue.

What still needs to be fixed:
– when a visitor with Consultant level membership logs in, their User Role automatically downgrades to “No Role” while their wppromembership status is still Consultant so they can’t download anything. Once a Consultant level member logs in, their User Role should stay Consultant and they should be able to download all files throughout the website. PLEASE check expiration dates as a possible issue (may not be the problem but could be a starting point). There should be no expiration date unless we add one within the Manage Subscription area.

I need to know how this is being corrected.

Can you also tell me how you fixed the following?:
– when you switch the membership level to Consultant in wppromembership “Manage Subscription” area, it automatically switches the User Role to Consultant … this is excellent … thank you

This is unacceptable. I should have been given a heads up that you all would be unavailable during a certain time. AGAIN, when will they be working on my site?

@Nayeem I’m still not seeing any movement on this. How many others are in front of me who need help with their websites and when will your development team get to my website? I need a date so I can get it to my team. We are 10 days past due launching your plugins updates.

I still don’t see any movement on this ticket. It has been over a week from when I was suppose to push these changes live.

Any update on this? I’ve been waiting a whole work week. We now have to push the launch of your updates to our live site to Monday and I’ll be on vacation. I need this ready in 24 hours. This is unacceptable.

I can see your developers haven’t even looked into the backend of my site.

Actually … it isn’t working.

Since you all are taking so long, I had to copy the live site to staging again.

I updated to the 6.2.1 version and it seems to be working now. I’m going to push the changes to our live site.
