the second user is not administrator and as the same issue (see img above)

screen 1 with your credential and chrome

screen 2 with other credential an Edge

So it’s NOT WORKING

No it can’t be .
I tried with different browser, différent support ( Mac , pc , phone ) and rights to users always the same results : field don’t appear

Are you telling me the only way to show catégories of à component i bought is by spending 49€?
And in front end no solution to add package ( see my above message it don’t work )

In first page :

Liste of categories

category 1 Category 2 category 3 category 4

exemple :

When click on a category —

Did you have a look also in frontend submit to explain why i can’t add package (because all the field doesn’t appear ? )

Hi thanks but it not match
i dont want to view downloads from categories but only categories title (linkable) .

More, when i try to use [wpdm_category id="54,55,259,260,261,262,263" operator="IN" title="NOTRE BASE" desc="" toolbar="1" paging="1" orderby="field name" order="desc" items_per_page="10" template="link-template-calltoaction4" cols=1 async=1] it don’t show any files or category
(sorry but for now can’t afford buying 49usd just for that)
