Hi,
I spoke with the server support team, there are no issues. I have downloaded the blue-wave.html file and thought I could customize it that way but it’s not the one that is automatically sent.
This is the message that users get (see attached), if I could customize this somehow, even manually then the plug-in could help us.
Do you know how I would do that? Are there instructions for customizing the email templates, maybe I’m just doing it wrong?
