Hi,

OK, so I had customized the template using the same file name and then went into the subscriber area and saved the template but it’s still not changed.

Could you please let me know what is going wrong? I also don’t know how to change the email subject line.

Hi,

I was able to modify the template by updating the existing and then overwriting the one on the server but it’s not using the new version. Could you look into this?

Hi,

I spoke with the server support team, there are no issues. I have downloaded the blue-wave.html file and thought I could customize it that way but it’s not the one that is automatically sent.

This is the message that users get (see attached), if I could customize this somehow, even manually then the plug-in could help us.

Do you know how I would do that? Are there instructions for customizing the email templates, maybe I’m just doing it wrong?

They told me they changed it. I use BlueHost. I forwarded them your message. I also had installed Wordfence Security Plugin, which is now disabled.

This is very frustrating. How can I speed this up?

Hello, we were able to update the issue on the hosting side. Now the problem we are having is that the instant download takes a very long time to “process”. The file isn’t very large (350KB) but it’s taking several minutes to download. Is there any way to speed this up?
