It’s very urgent to solve this problem. I have a client that is waiting for 19 days now. The problem isnt’solved.
Can you please help me with this problem? It’s been 18 days and the problem remains unsolved. I also tried this module on another domain, with a fresh install of WordPress, changed the licence for that specific domain and still those two options are not available. The main problem is that I still can’t move the documents to the new website. I still get the error “Sorry! File now found!”, even if the files are on the server in the right diretory(/wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files) and they were imported using the WordPress import tool.
Also made a clean install of WordPress, installed the module. Those two options are not visible.
The plugin was downloaded from your provided link. I don’t know why those two features are not as in the image attached by you. I also tried to reinstall the module but I didn’t get those features.
I managed to make the import, but the documents when I try to download them from the frontend I get an error saying “Sorry! File now found!”. I must specify that the files are on the server in the right diretory (/wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files). Also a problem that I noticed, when I am in the backend of the documents, when I try to search for the files on the server using the “Server Dir Browser” feature it says “Not allowed”.
What is the purpose of import/export feature of WPDM module if it doesn’t work? The headers of export file are not the same as the import sample. Also the Worpdress import procedure doesn’t have a Downloads section, like in the export procedure.
The export feature from WordPress only exports in xml format. The import procedure on WPDM works only with csv file format.
Do you have a link to some documentation in which I can find the procedure for exporting and importing correctly the csv file using wpdm?
The csv was generated by wpdm module, latest version. Why it has issues?
It’s been 5 days already and no one has looked into the issue.
