Hello Hasibul, thank you, but this is not an answer. I’m using a membership plugin and I set download limit to 5. It didn’t prevent from scrapping my packages. The question is how do you prevent it, and not how to set a download limit.

And also if you have download limit function in membership paddon, why it is not working, so I need purchase another addon?

P.S. It is a first time I noticed it happened. But before I didn’t use a membership plugin, just a WPDM PRO. I thought registering before download will prevent this. Also. there are, for example, 665 downloads per user in a few minutes for one packages

Did you release the new version? Where I can change the words “add to cart”?

I mean in the premium package plugin I can set a discount based on the user’s role. But all memberships comes as subscribers. I cannot set a discount based on membership level. See attached.

Yes, I can change it manually. Don’t you think it time consuming? With one customer it is ok. But if I would get more and more? What about I’m missing ‘free subscribers’ who signed up, download and are not reachable for future contact? Isn’t it a must have feature for any membership plugin? I barely can remember a site where I registered and didn’t confirm my subscription.

Or customer subscribed and paid for the membership. But misspelled the email. Tomorrow he is not able to login. And there is no valid email to send password to reset.

If customers misspell their email they would not get updates and news.
With a free membership it is kind of good to have a valid email and send future updates and sales.

It is not possible without confirming the subscription.

One more question. If non-login member clicks on dashboard it refer him to the login page.. Where he can login or register. Can I display instead of register subscribe? and refer to subscription form instead of register form. It is very confusing.

No, I mean members under the membership plugin.

Thank for the reply, the download history short code doesn’t work on profile page ([wpdm_user_profile]). The dashboard shows only 3 favorites ([wpdm_user_dashboard fav=1 flaturl=0]). Why do you have profile and dashboard? Can it be combined in one shortcode? F.e. on the dashboard customers have access to the favorites and download history?

On Favorites page: I click on favorites and then click on downloads tab – it become empty.

Regarding #2 – is it possible to export all downloads stats?

Is there any possibilities to add favorite tab to the dashboard under the download history and display it as the list of links instead of packages?

Also, the download history shortcuts stopped working for me. I use this one: [wpdm-pp-download-history]. Is it correct?

I use tags and categories in my downloads, but when I insert short code it says “no related download found”
