Hi, I have the same problem.
Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found in /web/htdocs/[site_ur]/home/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/process.php on line 47

I checked my phpinfo, and it seems zlib is active. (I attach a screenshot)

Any idea why this error appear when I try to download all the package?

I checked and actually it was set to All Visitors. I leave the box empty and now it works. Thanks!
