When I add a new package for the download I can set the visibility for it, through the menu:

By default “All Visitors” appears, every time I insert a new package or file.

I would like there to be only predefined user roles in that field by default. If we upload hundreds of files a day, it is very inconvenient to remember to change that field every time to make sure that only logged in users can see and download the file.
