Ok, I bought a plugin because I needed the plugin to do two functions for me: When clicking on a button, one would download a file and the other would redirect at the same time. I bought the complement that your partner indicated to me in the chat, I installed it but it did not allow me to do that double function that I needed, it only did one or the other. Not both simultaneously
I also believe that by law I have 15 days of right to request a return if I do not want the product. I’ve been asking for it for 5 days, I don’t have to explain myself, I just want my money.
